Areia Vermelha Beach House

Located on Camboinha I Beach, one of the best beaches in the metropolitan region of João Pessoa. The house is 200-meter walk from the sea (3-minute walk), with easy access to Areia Vermelha Island and the sunset at Jacaré Beach. It is the ideal place for those looking for comfort, peace and tranquility near the sea. If you are interested, we have an employee who cooks very well and can assist in the basic cleaning of the house (except on Sundays and holidays). The cost is already included in the daily rate. The space The house is newly built and very comfortable. All rooms were planned with care and we try to make the most of furniture and decorations made by local artists. The house has 4 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, 3 en-suites and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. It accommodates up to 12 people in total with the option to add a crib. Two bedrooms have access to the balcony, a great place to put a hammock and take a nap after a beautiful day at the pool. Outside, next to the pool, we have a gourmet area with a large table for 8 people and a portable barbecue. On the terrace, we have an outdoor sofa and chairs for relaxation. We provide hammocks that can be used on the terrace and in other parts of the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for the office, which is used for storage.
