This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 across a King bed in the primary room, Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The entryway offers a bench and hooks for comfort while entering the unit. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with an ice maker and a full-size oven. The appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, single-serve coffee maker, toaster and wine glasses. The space There is new hardwood flooring in kitchen entryway and dining area, where guests can seat 6 comfortably at the dining table, with a chandelier overhead. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs. Past the kitchen is the living room which holds a new Queen sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge on one part, a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, baseboard heating as well as new carpet. From the living room is a private balcony overlooking River Run Village from this third floor unit. The Primary bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, that can be tucked away in the armoire and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a separate vanity area with double sinks. The bedroom also has new carpet and new hardwood in the bathroom. The guest room features a Queen bed, new carpet and a flat screen TV as well. The second, guest bathroom is centrally located and offers a shower/tub combination and pedestal sink. Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck the right balance as most of our guests are satisfied with their stays.
