The kitchen, dining, and living room are open-concept so you can view the marsh from each of these areas. Off of the primary bedroom there is a screened porch which can also be accessed by the living room. You can work from home with a view or sit out and enjoy the sunset in the evening. Two dogs can be accommodated. Marsh Nest has its own in-unit washer and dryer as well. The elevator in the building is currently non operational for a few months. Please note we are not the manager of the complex and cannot guarantee the operation of the elevator. The property does include complimentary parking and 1 gate access card. Marsh Nest is a 3 minute drive to Folly Beach and a 20 minute drive to Downtown Charleston. It is the perfect apartment for someone looking to move to the area or just someone here for a long visit.
