The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped for any cooking you may want to do during your stay. This home has been completely renovated from the flooring to the bathrooms! Additionally, a new HVAC system will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. AMENITIES: bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and conditioner are all on hand for your use as well as all the other usual amenities you would anticipate having in a hotel. A Washer/Dryer (powdered laundry detergent is available). Free WiFi internet, Netflix & Amazon Prime (all TVs), Antenna with basic channels (living area), microwave, crockpot, and a drip pot coffee maker is supplied with coffee. The neighborhood is usually very quiet and within walking distance (2 blocks) to a beautiful park (great for kids, dog walking, or just to enjoy some green space in West Texas). This is a huge park, but also has swimming facilities during the summer and a new playground for the kids! If you need a family-friendly location, this one is it! (see pictures for details of the park). There is easy access to everything in Lubbock especially TTU, downtown LBK for nightlife and entertainment, and central LBK favorites like the mall and surrounding restaurants. There is a supermarket within 2 blocks and a Walgreens, so you can easily get supplies if needed. South Loop 289 and Interstate-27 are both close for easy and quick access to all areas within Lubbock. Additionally, this property is an approximately 8-minute drive to University Medical Center (UMC), Texas Tech University (TTU), Covenant Hospital, and other clinics around Covenant Hospital.
