Milton Park Villa 3

Overlooking the lush green pastures of the Milton Park Estate are the privately owned country villas. Guests of the villas are able to enjoy the grounds and some of the amenities of the estate such as the gardens, the restaurant and the Day Spa. However the Villas are not part of the Hotel so all questions must be directed to Sara Smith not Hotel reception. Only 10 minutes from the town centre, with the beauty and tranquility of a rural escape. Please read the condominium left on the dining room cabinet so you are aware of your responsibilities & to receive a full refund of your security deposit. It is a self-check in arrival Instructions below. The street address is Milton Park Villa 3 Horderns Road, Bowral. Head out on Kangaloon Road till you reach the Bong Bong Racecourse then turn left into Horderns Road. Follow Horderns Road to the top and drive into the hotel. Keep veering left on the road up to the hotel. You will get on the private road heading down to the Villas and keep going down till you reach the tandem car port for Villa 3 on your left. PLEASE DO NOT park in the spot that is clearly marked no parking! This blocks access to the opposite Villa to drive in or out of their garage. Each Villa has a two car garage or tandem car port. Please be considerate to permanent residents & do not park in their garages or block access to them in any way. There is a visitor parking bay further down marked Villas 11-15 however, quite often filled at weekends so if you find one for your extra car stay in the spot! The keys are in a locked box is at eye level located on a pillar behind you when facing the front door & the code is 1529. Please return them there when you depart & scrabble the code ensuring you follow all other departure instructions. The heating/cooling is in the middle of the dining sitting room between the glass sliding doors. There is additional wood in in the carport.
