Centrally located just a couple of hundred yards from Brecon town centre and its bustling shops and cafe's, and only a short drive from some of the most beautiful waterfalls and mountain peaks in Wales! Swan bank cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind With a full length waterfront conservatory and garden, you can enjoy its stunning location all year round, no matter the weather. The space Swan cottage is located right on the waterfront of the Brecon and Monmouthshire canal, in the heart of the Brecon beacons national park. In a prime location just a few minutes walk from the bustling town centre. A perfect base to escape it all and relax in the waterfront conservatory. Watch the narrow boats go by with your morning coffee and feed the resident ducks from the back garden. Swan cottage is a little slice of heaven in the heart of Brecon. There is so much to see and do in the local area, whether you fancy a quiet break to relax and unwind or you prefer a week of exploring and adventure, there' something for everyone. Guest access There is free on street parking to the front of the property which works on a first come first serve basis. The street is very narrow and does require you to reverse out. Further free parking can also be found at the top of the street on the main road. There is also a paid overnight carpark a few minutes walk from the house. Other things to note 1 well behaved dog is welcome to join you at Swan cottage. Dogs must not be left unattended and are only permitted downstairs. Children really enjoy the property and love feeding the fish and ducks from the back garden. Please ensure that young children are supervised in the back garden of the property at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.
