On the first floor: A 1st bedroom with a 160cm bed and large cupboards opening onto a 20m² terrace/pergola A 2nd bedroom with a 140cm bed. A 3rd bedroom with a 90cm single bed. A bathroom with a toilet. On the second floor: A 4th bedroom under the roof with a 140cm bed On the outside, a fully enclosed garden, not overlooked. A beautiful swimming pool of 6m x 3m and 1m30 to 1m60 deep, secured by a fence. At your disposal, an electric barbecue. At the bottom of this garden, discover a 5th bedroom, independant, of 30m² with a 160cm bed. It has its own private shower room (Italian shower) in waxed concrete and a toilet. The house is located close to the local shops: bakery, grocery shop, cafes, restaurants, independent shops, pharmacy. A supermarket is located at the entrance of the village.
