The space THE HOUSE - Single-storey house offering large bright spaces. - Entrance to the living room with open kitchen. - Large table for meals, friendly and practical. - TV with mood lighting, Wii U, DVD player and DVD for children, bluetooth speaker, karaoke station. - Fully equipped kitchen + back kitchen with washing machine and space to store your belongings, if necessary. - For coffee: Senseo machine and filter coffee maker. - Bathroom with shower and bathtub. - 1 separate toilet. - Centralized electric shutters. - The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with: . Bedroom 1: one queen size bed width 160. . Bedroom 2: one double bed width 140. . Bedroom 3: 3 single beds 90 x 190 (including 1 drawer bed), 1 mezzanine bed for 2 people (width 140). - In the living room, the sofa bed is a real double bed (140) once unfolded, very comfortable. - Available for little ones: a high chair, a baby bath. THE BARN Access to the barn is included in the reservation. It is located in the courtyard of the house, on the parking side, about 10 meters away. Guaranteed fun and relaxation for children and adults alike. Please note that parties are not allowed. THE HOT TUB It is in the barn, available as an OPTION, upon request. It is heated to 35°. Its use requires strict hygiene and compliance with rules that will be explained to you on arrival. Rate: - 60 euro package for the weekend (2 nights), - 150 euros per week (5 nights), - Cost adjusted according to the number of nights booked. Please let us know upon booking if you'd like to have the hot tub for your stay. Payment by bank transfer via the site. OUTSIDE - Large parking lot in front of the house, which can easily accommodate 4 cars. - Garden in the back of the house with open views of nature. - Playing ground for children. - Soccer goal and badminton net. CHRISTMAS: The house is decorated for Christmas during the last 2 weeks of December. Guest access I will welcome you on arrival, unless I am unable to do so, in which case I will notify you. You will receive directions on the morning of your arrival. For your stay, you can shop in Joigny, 14 km from the house. A drive is possible. Other things to note INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL - Beds are ready for your arrival (sheets provided and installed). - Bed linen is provided for the sofa bed. - Towels are also provided. - You will also have: dishwashing liquid, sponges, dish towels, household products. - As a backup for check-in: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tablets. We do not provide these items for the entire stay. - The house is heated in winter. The barn has heating as well. OPTIONAL: The Spa (see rates in the description). We do not provide bath towels for the Spa. CHECKOUT TIME Check-out is until 11am. Possibility of taking the 'late checkout' option, subject to acceptance by us in relation to the schedule, for a checkout no later than 3pm. This option is 30 euro. Please send us a message when booking. AVAILABLE FOR LITTLE ONES A high chair, bathtub and baby bath bouncer. SMALL HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES - For coffee, there is a Senseo and a filter coffee maker. - Other items: raclette machine, large stone grill, fondue machine, outdoor barbecue (charcoal). LOCATION . The house is directly accessible from exit 18 of the A6 motorway. . There are no shops around the house or in the village. A vehicle is therefore absolutely necessary for shopping. . For bread, there is a vending machine in the center of the village, 3 km from the house. . All shops available in Joigny, 14 km from the house. Drive Intermarché possible. . You have to respect the neighborhood and parties are forbidden. . Hilly landscapes, partially wooded. CLEANING FEE Mandatory, it is included in the rental amount. Thank you, however, for keeping the space clean and tidy during your stay, everything is available in the house for this. Before checking out, you will also need to make sure that all dishes are clean and tidy, put objects and toys back in order, and clean the barbecue. A checklist is available in the accommodation.
