Welcome to an old Victorian house near downtown Auburn. You will be staying in a Fourplex with very nice neighbors. You have your own side of the building with patio, laundry and plenty of parking. The space The apartment is recently remodeled, filled with antique and contemporary furniture, smart TV and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. It has portable AC unit in the bedroom room, and wall heater in the hallway powerful enough to hear/cool the apartment. Guest access Guests will have their own laundry, patio, and the yard with their own parking. Nothing is shared. (Except garbage bin) Other things to note This 100 year old building was built without modern insulation techniques, so you might hear neighbors walking upstairs or making sounds through the thin historic walls.
