Our apartment is on the 5th floor of a stately building with lift, private parking and garden. The elegant apartment block has a modern lift, a nice garden and a large private car park with a radio-controlled barrier. The flat has recently been renovated and fitted out with a range of accessories to make your stay more comfortable. It is located in a convenient area of the city in the Borgo Panigale district, just 5 km from the city centre, which is easily reached by public transport. Close by, there are bars, cake shops, pizzerias, excellent restaurants and hypermarkets, while the well-known DUCATI motorcycle manufacturers is just one kilometre away with its museum and guided tours. The airport is just 4 km away and can easily be reached with bus no. 54 which stops right outside the apartment block. The main railway station, one stop away on the local train line, is also within easy reach. Motorway exits and the city ring road (‘tangenziale’) are conveniently close for anyone arriving by car. Bologna’s Fiera, the exhibition area, may easily be reached by car via the ring road; otherwise the central railway station, from where a number of buses depart to the Fiera, is just one stop away on the local train line. Those who come to Bologna for health reasons will find the MAGGIORE hospital just 2 km away towards the city centre. The flat has lots of natural light and consists of a large living room with kitchen area, double bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. In the living room, with two large curtained windows, there is a comfortable sofa bed sleeping two, Wi-Fi, . The kitchen area is well-equipped, with an electric oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and table with four chairs, plus kitchen linen, etc. The bedroom, with a large curtained window, has wooden parquet flooring, a double bed with goose down duvet, , and built-in wardrobe. If necessary a folding cot bed may be added. In the dressing room there is another built-in wardrobe, iron and ironing board. Besides bathroom towels, there is a hairdryer, laundry stand and a washing machine in the bathroom. Bologna’s location makes it an ideal base for day trips to a number of towns and cities of historical and cultural interest in northern and central Italy such as Florence, Rome, Venice, Milan, Verona, Parma, Ferrara, Ravenna etc. Tony’s place is an excellent choice for all those who want to feel at home even when they’re on holiday. It’s also an ideal place for a romantic weekend, a city break or a business trip. We speak English, Spanish and Russian. Other things to note I add this NOTE to inform you that we are obliged by government regulations to register all guests with the police authorities, therefore upon arrival each guest must provide an identity document (passport or identity card). In case of in-person check-in I will personally take a photo of the documents, which will then be immediately deleted as soon as registration is completed.
