This resort offers this two bedroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and small decks or balconies. The space This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 950-1,215 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, one queen OR two twin beds in the guest room and one sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four. Views and Bedding are not guaranteed. Due to potential erosion along any ocean bluff, guests should be highly cautious around these areas. During this time, guests may encounter loss of beach access during construction. There is an alternate beach access point down the road from the resort. Please call the resort with specific questions. FEE: Wi-Fi available on property with an associated fee determined by the property. Additional fees will be collected on arrival per guest request. There is no air conditioning at this resort. Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. Please note units do not have access to barbecues. Our common areas have access to barbecues. NOTE: The Oregon Indoor Clean Air Act prohibits smoking or carry of any lighted smoking or vaporizing instrument in a public place except in areas designated as smoking areas. The law also prohibits smoking within 10 feet of entrances, exits, windows that open, and ventilation intakes of workplaces or public places. As a result, smoking and/or vaping is prohibited on all suite patios, decks, and balconies at this resort. Please check with the resort’s front desk for information on any designated smoking areas they may offer. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
