At the ground floor there is a spacious air-conditioned living room with sitting area, fireplace, dining table with exit to a terrace, separate and fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, shower/toilet and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are 3 more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as a children's room and a balcony with privacy and a fantastic view. Built in 2014, the villa offers to its guests remarkable comfort thanks to unique decorating style.For those who prefer to spend their holidays in the not too hot months before or after the season, the pool can be heated on request. The property is fully fenced and offers plenty of space for your pet friend. Other things to note Supplements that are not included in the price of accommodation and are paid on the day of arrival in cash: *The deposit is paid upon arrival at the house and is 300,- EUR (the deposit is returned when leaving the house after checking that there is no damage). *Pets are allowed, please specify when booking. *If you are coming with more than one pet, please make sure to ask when making a reservation. *Additional payment for the stay of pets is 10,-Eur/daily *Pool heating is possible on request. *Surcharge for pool heating is 100,-Eur (weekly). *The villa is not adapted for parties, and the arrival of groups of is not allowed.
