Has a nice pool and it is great for couples ,solo adventures,business travelers,families with kids .Fully equipped brand new kitchen brand new bedrooms. Wifi TV Alexa. Tampa international airport 15 minutes Clearwater Beach 15 minutes Palm Harbor tarpon springs sunset beach 10 minutes Saint Petersburg 15 minutes. Our house has 3 bedrooms King queen and two twins .All the bedrooms are renovated with brand new furniture.Master bedroom has king size bed walking closet full bathroom.Second bedroom has queen bed and third bedroom has two twins size beds .Next to a queen bedroom is located second bathroom with bathtub .Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes.Wifi is in all house you have private swimming pool and grill under gazebo.Temperature in swimming pool is set up to 80 degrees.Heated pool is on guest request. Guests have access to all living spaces in the home. There is one small storage space that is locked as it being used by our cleaning services company.Parking is available in driway for two cars and please do not park on sidewalk . **Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement Use of Premises** By booking the property you are hereby unequivocally agreeing to all waivers listed below. In consideration of my use of the premises, I for myself, my heirs, personal representative or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the host/owner of the property, it’s trustees, directors, officers, employees and agents from liability from any and all claims including negligence resulting in personal injury, accidents, or illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from use of premises. Assumption of Risk: Swimming pool use and gas grill use carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I know and understand and appreciate these and other risks are inherent in the activity I am participating in. I hereby assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks. The subject property has a (swimming pool) located thereon. The guest(s) will use the swimming pool at the guest’s own risk. The owners will not be held responsible for the injuries sustained by the guest and/or the guest’s occupants when using the swimming pool, and the guest will indemnify the owner for any actions resulting from injuries to guest and/or guest’s occupants. I hereby voluntarily, at my own risk, I am agreeing to sign this Waiver and Assumption of Risk in sole consideration of being permitted to use our property & swimming pool by booking the property. Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host/owner, its trustees, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities including attorney fees as a result of this use of premises. Severability: The undersigned further expressly agrees that the forgoing waiver and assumption of risk agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of Florida and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. I hereby acknowledge and understand that there are dangers and risks associated with the activities described above, which have been fully explained to me. I hereby agree to abide by all rules, instructions, policies and procedures imposed by the host/owner relating to the use of the property. I hereby certify that I am of legal age and competent to execute this Waiver and Assumption of Risk, that in doing so of my own free will and accord, voluntarily and without duress, and that I do so intending to bind myself, my executor, my heirs, and administrators or assigns to the fullest extent. By reserving our House, guests understand the foregoing and acknowledge consent to the terms of this waiver. The rental agreement is sent with the booking confirmation and is an implied signed agreement when the property is booked as a reservation.
