This vintage-inspired retreat offers a unique and nostalgic atmosphere, perfect for a short-term rental getaway. Nestled in the coastal beauty of Capistrano Beach, the house captures the essence of the 1970s with its retro decor and classic beach vibes. Immerse yourself in a time-honored beach experience. The space This inviting space includes its own private deck, three separate entries, and is completely private. The front half of the home includes the kitchen and dining area and three distinct conversation clusters. The first conversation nook is tucked away in the corner with a large couch, TV, and two chairs. (Seating for 8). The second is a raised area, the living room, offering panoramic views and seating for 8. And finally, the 3rd area is a small den off of the kitchen. Up to 5 kids can sit at the counter or on the small couch and dine or watch TV. (Seats 7) There are two small bedrooms, (one has a king bed, the other a queen), and one large bedroom with 6 beds. (3 bunk beds). There is a full bath in the back section of the house and a full bath in the front portion of the home. The sand comes and goes along the beach depending on tides. A portable fire pit is located on the edge of the deck and can be easily moved if the tide interferes. Ideal for those seeking a blend of history, style, and relaxation, this beach house promises a memorable and distinctive short-term rental experience. This is an amazing location and experience. It is not unusual for the waves to roll up on the patio in extreme high tides. Low tides can expose a smooth beach for miles on end or a rocky shoreline that demands water shoes in order to navigate Guest access When you arrive at the entrance to the community, give your name to the safety ambassador and they will provide you with some information on the neighborhood. As mentioned previously, the 3 vehicles allowed inside the community is the maximum. At least one day before arrival provide us with first/last name of the person driving at initial entry. Once a vehicle has a pass it may come and go There is second home with a separate entry upstairs for groups up to 16 guests (The upstairs is available June 1 - October 1st). The upstairs is often occupied by 2 guests. Your reservation includes (3) PERMANANT PARKING SPACES. Provide the first and last name of up to three vehicles before check-in. These vehicles can come and go during your stay. All other vehicles must park in public space outside of the road. (Guests may be picked up at the gate). Where to park: Space#1 is the driveway in front of the far-left garage door. Space #2 and space #3 are available across the road. (To the left of the white line). Suburban's and trucks must fit inside the white line markings and may have to park in overflow parking. (Inside the gate after gaining entry). Only the 3 vehicles with passes may park in overflow. At no time can you have more that 3 vehicles inside in community. Public parking suggestions are provided in the House Manual. Other things to note You will access the beach by following a path through boulders. Depending on sand movement this can be a short hop to the beach or you may have to pick your way down through the boulders. Most of our guests can access the beach easily.
