Exclusive Onsite Recreation Private Heated Pool: Relax in your secluded backyard oasis featuring a pool maintained between 78–82°F during winter months. Premier Game Room: Our dedicated, climate-controlled entertainment hub is outfitted with a pool table, foosball, and a retro Street Fighter arcade. Family-Centric Living: We provide a comprehensive suite of family essentials, including a foldable crib, high chair, and a full array of beach gear for your convenience. Guest access Complete Privacy and Full Property Access Guests are welcome to enjoy full, private access to the entire home and all its amenities throughout their stay. Your privacy is our priority, and the property is yours to enjoy without interruption. Please note that only the owner’s supply closets and pantry remain locked and off-limits to guests. Other things to note Guest Experience & Support Seamless Arrival: Guests will receive the property address and a unique smart lock access code on the morning of their scheduled arrival. Dedicated Assistance: While we respect your privacy and provide a contactless check-in, we remain available via phone or text to assist with any questions regarding the home or local area. Essential Amenities Family Essentials: For your convenience, the guest closet is equipped with a queen-sized air mattress, a foldable crib, and a high chair. Home Maintenance: We maintain a professional, recurring pest control schedule. Please note that due to the tropical Florida climate, occasional native insects may be seen. House Guidelines & Community Standards Quiet & Respectful Environment: To preserve the peaceful nature of our neighborhood, we strictly prohibit parties, smoking, illicit substances, and excessively loud music. Guest Registration: Only registered guests are permitted on-site; third-party bookings are not accepted. Rental Agreement: For the protection of all parties, an electronically signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking. Local Environment: We are proud to be part of a vibrant military community. While infrequent, guests may experience sounds from scheduled training exercises or low-flying aircraft. Extended Stays & Pet Policy Pet-Friendly Stays: We welcome pets on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A $150 pet fee (up to 2 pets) is required to ensure a specialized cleaning for all future guests. Pool Heating (Optional): Available for $45 per day. Please request heating at least 2 hours in advance. (Note: Heating takes longer if the ambient air is below 55°F). For the conservation of energy and safety measures, we are unable to have the heated pool running at all times.  Maintenance & Liability: While we strive to maintain all amenities in peak condition, pool equipment (including pool heaters) can occasionally malfunction or break down unexpectedly due to factors beyond our control. In the event of a mechanical failure: We will make every effort to have a technician dispatched for repairs as quickly as possible. Please note that the property is not responsible for, and will not issue, any full or partial refunds or reimbursements due to pool heater downtime or technical issues. Snowbirds & Professionals: We offer specialized arrangements for stays exceeding 20 days, which include a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee to maintain the home's high standards.
