Pets friendly The space Welcome to this spacious and bright duplex, one of the four apartments at Villa Perchée. Designed with comfort in mind, it can accommodate up to four guests. -Living area: A cosy living room with a sofa bed (featuring a high-quality mattress) opening onto the terrace. Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video. -Kitchen: Fully equipped for your convenience. A raclette machine as well as an electric griddle are available on request. A welcome basket with Nespresso capsules and tea is provided. -Bedroom & Bathroom: Upstairs, the bedroom features high-end bedding. -The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate on the ground floor. -Work area: A dedicated desk and high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi are at your disposal. Private terrace: Furnished with a table and sun loungers, it offers unobstructed views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Comfort is enhanced by individual reversible air conditioning and automatic roller shutters. Guest access You’ll enjoy exclusive, private access to the entire duplex and its terraces. In addition, you’ll have access to the common areas located in the villa’s basement: Wellness Area: -Relax in our private sauna (available upon request) or stay in shape with our fitness equipment. -Game Room: Have fun with a foosball table, a ping-pong table, a reading corner, and a selection of board games. For your convenience: -Parking: Secure, free parking is available on-site. - An electric vehicle charging station is also available (for an additional fee). Family: -A travel crib -a high chair, books are available upon request. - 2 children’s bicycles are provided free of charge. Other things to note To finalise your booking, please note the following information: -Rental agreement: In accordance with local regulations, you must electronically sign a holiday rental agreement before your arrival. A secure link will be sent to you once your booking has been confirmed. -Security deposit: A security deposit of €300 will be requested via a secure payment link before your arrival. - No parties, no guests, and no gatherings are permitted. - For insurance reasons, I do not accept more than 4 people in the duplex. - Pets are allowed, limited to one per accommodation. Dogs must not be left to roam the garden alone out of respect for other guests. As I am the owner of an Australian Shepherd myself, I will be happy to suggest some walks (forest 5 mins away).
