The space Welcome to this spacious and light-filled duplex, accommodating up to 4 guests, located within Villa Perchée, an elegant property composed of 4 fully independent apartments. Spread over two levels, the duplex has been designed as a true place to stay, offering generous volumes, fluid circulation and a soft atmosphere, suitable for both relaxation and work. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook independently; a raclette set can be provided on request for convivial moments. Upon arrival, a welcome basket (Nespresso capsules, tea and daily essentials) makes settling in easy and invites you to slow down. The sleeping area features high-end bedding, with bed linen and pillows provided, ensuring deep and restful nights. The living area also includes a sofa bed, fitted with a very high-quality mattress, providing an additional comfortable sleeping option. The bathroom with walk-in shower is located upstairs, while the toilets are on the ground floor. The duplex is equipped with automatic roller shutters, individual reversible air conditioning and high-speed fibre Wi-Fi. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are designed for comfort and quality of life. The living area opens onto a private terrace, furnished with a table and sun loungers, offering open views over Paris, with the Eiffel Tower on the horizon. An ideal setting for meals, reading or simply enjoying a suspended moment. Guests also have access to the wellness area located in the basement of the villa: a private sauna available on request, fitness equipment, a foosball table, a table tennis table, a reading corner and board games. A space appreciated for combining relaxation, activity and shared moments. Free secure parking is available on site, as well as an electric vehicle charging station (extra charge). The accommodation is non-smoking. For family gatherings or group stays, it is possible to privatise the entire Villa Perchée by booking all four apartments (total capacity: 14 guests). To enhance the experience, personalised services can be arranged on request, such as breakfast, romantic decorations, special touches or drinks. Other things to note - No parties, guests or gatherings are permitted. -A security deposit of €300 will be required. - For insurance reasons, I do not accept more than 4 people in the duplex. - 1 Pets are allowed. Dogs must not be left alone in the garden, out of respect for other travellers. As the owner of an Australian shepherd, I will be happy to give you ideas for walks (forest 5 minutes away). -In accordance with local regulations for short-term rentals, guests are required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to sign the agreement electronically. The agreement must be signed before check-in.
