Sleeping arrangements (14 people): - Master suite: 1 king bed (180 x 200 cm). - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) + single bed (90 x 200 cm) - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm). - Bedroom 4: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm). - Dormitory: 5 beds (90 x 200 cm) + 2 extra mattresses Guest access You will have exclusive and private access to the entire estate to ensure complete privacy for your group. This includes: - The main house in its entirety. - The barn converted into a games room (table football, ping-pong table). - The above-ground pool (available from May to September). - The large shaded pergola with charcoal/wood barbecue. - The large private garden with swing and sun loungers. - Ample private parking on the property for several vehicles. Other things to note - Bed linen: The use of bed linen is mandatory. You can bring your own or rent our complete kits (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) for €10 per person. Please let us know in advance. - Towels: Bath towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own. - Swimming pool: The pool is an above-ground model, accessible from May to September. It is used at your own risk.
