Welcome to La Racinière! Charming house that can accommodate up to 14 people, ideal for getting together with family or friends. Barn equipped with foosball, ping-pong, games and cozy corner. Above-ground swimming pool (May to September), large pergola, barbecue, swing, sun loungers… All in a peaceful, green and fully private setting. A house made to meet, rest and share real memories. The space Our house is designed for gathering, resting and creating real memories. The cozy living room invites you to relax, while the modern and well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing good meals. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. For your comfort, the house is designed for all ages, with baby equipment (cot, high chair) available. Sleeping areas are as follows: - Three bedrooms with comfortable double beds (160 cm). - A spacious master suite with a king size bed (180 cm). - A fun dormitory that can accommodate up to 6 people. Guest access You will enjoy the entire estate exclusively. Your group will have private and exclusive access to: - The entire house. - The above-ground swimming pool to cool you down (accessible from May to September). - The large shaded pergola with a barbecue, ideal for alfresco dining. - The barn converted into a games room with table football, ping pong table and other games. - The large garden with swing and sun loungers. Other things to note - Bed linen is required out of respect for the bedding. We offer complete kits (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) at a rate of €10 per person. You can also bring your own. - Towels are not provided, please provide your own. - The pool is an above-ground pool, accessible from May to September. Use is your own responsibility.
