Welcome to our newly Renovated House. Just off Commercial Blvd, it’s a 5 minute drive to Beaches, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and Commercial Fishing Pier. Los Olas and FLL Airport are both about 15 minutes. Hollywood, Pompano, Palm Beach and Miami are all also close. Enjoy our Heated Pool with a new Hot Tub in our private back yard. The space Our newly Renovated House offers a HEATED POOL and a new luxury hot tub. It's the perfect house to keep EVERYONE entertained. The spacious living room with 75" Smart TV is the center of activity. The Game Room has Billiards and Ping Pong. Lounge and grill poolside, or craft a gourmet meal in our well appointed luxury kitchen. The Master Suite w private bath has a walkout to the rear yard pool and hot tub. Enjoy our property Guest access Guest have access the full house, except for the storage closet. The hot tub is available for use for an additional $50/stay. The pool heater is available for use at an additional $20/day. Please notify us in advance if you are planning to use the pool heater. Early access (noon) to the rear yard and pool is available for $100 Complimentary luggage drop off prior to check in is available upon request Other things to note We have weekly lawn service and twice weekly pool cleaning service. Please let us know in advance if you want to forgo the service during your stay.
