Surrounded by dramatic mountain landscapes and beautiful open spaces, the area offers the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience. Less than 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport and the Frankton shopping district, you'll have easy access to supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and a wide range of retail stores. Queenstown's vibrant town centre is approximately 20 minutes away. The renowned Jacks Point Golf Course is just a short walk or drive from the property, while over 35 kilometres of walking, hiking, and cycling trails can be accessed directly from the neighbourhood. The base of The Remarkables Ski Area is only a few minutes away, making Horoeka House an excellent choice for year-round adventures. Originally a working farm, Jacks Point has been thoughtfully developed over many years to preserve its natural beauty and unique character. Residents and visitors enjoy access to world-class recreational facilities, including tennis courts, playgrounds, sports fields, mountain biking trails, and the popular Clubhouse Restaurant overlooking picturesque Lake Tewa. Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, with the exception of one locked hallway cupboard and designated owner storage cupboards within the garage. While parking inside the garage is not available, guests are welcome to use the garage for storing skis, snowboards, golf clubs, bikes, and other sporting equipment. There are two off-street parking spaces available on the driveway, with additional parking available nearby if required. Space: This beautifully designed split-level home features a small number of internal stairs between the entrance and the main living areas. Upon entering, you'll immediately be drawn to the stunning views. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area has been thoughtfully positioned to maximise the home's spectacular outlook, with large windows and sliding doors creating a seamless connection to the outdoors. The covered outdoor entertaining area is equipped with adjustable louvres, side blinds, and a ceiling heater, allowing you to enjoy the space comfortably throughout the year, regardless of the weather. For year-round comfort, the home features a cosy gas fireplace, four heat pumps positioned throughout the property, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Please note that there is currently construction taking place on a neighbouring section. While we have not received reports of significant disruption, occasional construction-related noise may be heard during normal working hours. Transit: A vehicle is recommended to make the most of everything Queenstown has to offer, however it is not essential. A public bus service operates from Jacks Point with regular connections to Frankton and central Queenstown. Distances by car: Queenstown Airport – approximately 10 minutes Frankton Shopping Centre – approximately 10 minutes The Remarkables Ski Area access road – approximately 5 minutes Central Queenstown – approximately 20 minutes Notes The garage cannot be used for vehicle parking but is available for storing skis, bikes, golf clubs, and other recreational equipment. There is ample off-street parking available at the property. If travelling with young children, please ensure they are supervised on the decking areas and around the spa pool, as there are unfenced areas and changes in level around the property. Professional cleaning and hotel-quality linen are provided for every stay. Please advise your preferred bedding configuration for Bedrooms 2 and 4 prior to arrival so we can prepare the property accordingly. House Rules Please leave the property tidy upon departure. All dishes must be washed and put away. Rubbish should be placed in the large exterior bins provided. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the property. Rubbish bins should be placed out on Thursday evening for Friday collection if your stay includes this period. Children must be supervised at all times around the spa pool and outdoor decking areas. No parties, events, or excessive noise. No amplified outdoor music between 8:00pm and 8:00am. The spa pool and outdoor entertaining areas must not be used between 10:00pm and 7:00am in accordance with local council regulations. Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Illegal substances and unlawful activities are prohibited. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book this property, and the booking guest must stay for the duration of the reservation. To secure your booking, payment will be required via a secure payment link provided following confirmation.
