We welcome you to our villa in Vieux Tilleul, with a private heated pool, located in a charming village in the Gard Provençal, just 25 minutes from Uzès. Ideal for vacations with family or friends, the house can accommodate up to 13 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and beautiful living spaces. The space Le Vieux Tilleul is a charming old village house that we have carefully renovated, preserving its authenticity while adding all modern comforts. Here, you will find beautiful period features such as cement tiles and traditional materials that give the house a warm and unique atmosphere. The house can accommodate up to 13 guests and has 5 bedrooms, including a cozy dormitory. This dormitory also includes a chill-out area with a foosball table, exercise bike, and TV. One of the bedrooms has an island bathtub right in the room, for a relaxing moment after a day of sightseeing. The large, bright living area features a cozy living room, a welcoming dining room, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen for cooking and enjoying good meals together. The entire house is air-conditioned for optimal comfort during the summer months. Outside, around the large linden tree and the heated swimming pool, we have created several areas where you can enjoy the sun or the shade: read in peace in the hanging chair, have a drink at the end of the day in the garden furniture, or simply share a good meal prepared on the barbecue. The house is located in the heart of the village of Cavillargues, with shops within walking distance: café, grocery store, butcher shop, and bakery. It is an ideal base for exploring Uzès and its famous market, the Pont du Gard, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Gorges du Gardon, the vineyards of the Rhône Valley, and the towns of Nîmes and Avignon. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and outdoor areas during your stay: the house, terrace, garden, private pool, and recreational amenities. The property is completely private: you don't share any spaces with other guests. Check-in is self-service thanks to a secure lockbox, which allows you to arrive easily at a time that suits you. Other things to note Housekeeping, linens, and towels are included in the price of the reservation so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. The pool is generally open and heated from the end of March to the beginning of November, depending on weather conditions. The listing is located in a quiet village: we ask guests to respect the neighborhood and avoid making noise late at night.
