Escape to our rustic 3-bed, 3-bath log home on 10 private acres. Perfect for groups, this tranquil retreat features a great room with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious deck with sunset views. Enjoy spectacular scenery, a relaxing jetted tub, and a fire pit under the stars. An ideal base for touring local distilleries, this home comfortably sleeps your entire group in a serene, natural setting. The space Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room with plenty of seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring the distilleries. The views from the cozy couch are spectacular! The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the dining area with seating for 6 is the perfect spot to enjoy them. All three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, ensuring a good night's sleep. The upstairs and main level bedroom feature a queen size bed while the basement bedroom has two sets of full over full bunk beds. The 3 full bathrooms all have the necessary amenities just in case you forget your beloved shampoo at home! Outside, you'll find a spacious deck with plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of whiskey in the evening. The property is surrounded by 10 acres of lush trees and greenery, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Guest access The whole unit is yours! Other things to note The Mid Atlantic will see lady bugs, carpenter bees, and stink bugs at various times throughout the year. It is important to keep doors and windows closed to help keep them from entering the home. We spray the home every month to help this as much as possible. The house does have a large wooded area behind it. We have a heavy fine ($250) for smoking in the home, because the wood absorbs smoke. Please, please smoke outside of the home for our long-term care of this beautiful space! We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking. If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
