Evenings are made for sinking into the hot tub beneath a clear winter sky, then gathering around the fire pit while the air turns crisp. Mornings begin quietly - coffee at the dining table, sunlight stretching across the patio, and the promise of another calm day in La Quinta. Set within gated PGA West, this single level home places you just a short walk from Ernie’s at the Stadium Course clubhouse and less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Fields. Mountain and desert views frame your stay, while a private entrance and keyless self check-in make arrival seamless. Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms. The Master Suite features a king bed, a 65" TV, a dedicated workspace in a room with a door, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and 50" TV. Bedroom 3 includes (2) twin beds, each with a pull-out trundle, sleeping a total of 4 guests, along with a 50" TV. A crib and Pack ’n play/Travel crib are available upon request. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and bathroom essentials are provided, along with a washer and free dryer - in unit. Living space The living room is designed for relaxed evenings indoors, with a large comfortable sofa and a 65" TV. High speed Wifi and an Ethernet connection support streaming or remote work, while central heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans keep the temperature comfortable year-round. The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for added peace of mind. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is a fully equipped space where you can cook your own meals, complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, barbecue utensils, and cooking basics. Gather around the dining table for breakfast before heading out to explore nearby golf courses, tennis tournaments, or equestrian events. Outdoor setting The private backyard opens from the living room and offers a pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers. In the cooler desert months, the hot tub and fire pit become favorite gathering spots after a day of hiking or sightseeing. Guests also have access to a shared gym and community pool within PGA West. Hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees. Location You’re minutes from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Desert International Horse Park, Old Town La Quinta, and Highway 111 for shopping and dining. Palm Desert, downtown Palm Springs, and nearby casinos are an easy drive away. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is 11AM. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!). Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. Pets allowed, no cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key.The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available.
