Other things to note AWD or 4x4 required in the winter. Per our listing, The Mountain View Retreat has a twelve person limit per stay. Any guests above this limit will be charged $500 per person. Additionally, per our listing, this is a “no smoking” and "no pet" property. That applies to both inside and outside our home. Any violation of these rules will result in a $1500 fee. WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use The Mountain View Retreat's features, facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts, hot tub and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fire pit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
