All the best of Hudson Valley in this serene getaway just 1 hour from NYC. Our spacious home sits on almost 13 private acres of wooded land, and across the road from a picturesque pond. Experience a scenic setting with a remote feel while being easily accessible by car or train (just a 9 minute drive from the Metro North Cold Spring Station). Beautiful woods or pond view from every room. Enjoy sunsets, outdoor dining, light the wood burning fireplace, and lay in our red light therapy(RLT) bed. The space The entire living area and 13-acre property are yours to enjoy during your stay. Nestled on hilly and wooded land, the property offers stunning views of a scenic pond. In the back of the house, you'll find a large, flat lawn, as well as a deck complete with a grill and outdoor dining furniture. Two of our four bedrooms have designated work spaces. There are also two movable desks for working anywhere in the home. The kitchen is recently remodeled and has everything you need to cook and make coffee, tea, etc. We have all-new appliances including a dishwasher. The TV room has a 55” LG OLED. Two of our four bedrooms also have smart TVs. The spacious three-season sunroom has direct access to the backyard. You’ll have access to our washer and dryer. Our red light therapy (RLT) bed is also available for your use. Our home has an ideal location, conveniently located between Hudson Highlands and Clarence Fahnestock State Parks, just 7 minutes from Cold Spring’s Main Street and 18 minutes from downtown Beacon. Explore the nearby famous Breakneck Ridge Trail, Bannerman Castle, Dia Beacon and Storm King Museums, cute shopping districts, brunch spots, and so much more! We take pride in using only non-toxic cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests. Guest access You have access to the entire living areas of the home and all of the grounds. A stone wall runs much of the perimeter of the property. Other things to note Please remove your shoes to help us maintain our newly installed floors. Please message me about any events or long-term stays. It will be difficult to access our home in snowy conditions without four wheel drive. If you do not have a car with four wheel drive, please park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up.
