The home is minutes to the beaches in Rehoboth and Dewey and shopping at the Tanger Outlets. The home is 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. The first floor is a beautiful open concept kitchen, dining, and living area, with a sunroom and side den. You’ll enjoy a fully-fenced backyard with a private pool (unheated, open Memorial Day-Labor Day), outdoor dining, grill and outdoor shower. The space Downstairs: The main living space of the house is an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room area. Additionally, a side den with a designated workspace and pull out sofa is off the kitchen. There is a half bathroom located on the first floor as well. Kitchen: - Appliances include stove, oven, full size fridge/freezer with ice maker, mini beverage fridge, main sink and prep sink, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee machines, blender, electric kettle and toaster. - Kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking items as well as basic spices and olive oil. - We also provide paper towels, sponges, trash bags, dish/hand soap, and dishwasher detergent.
