With space for up to 12 guests, this cabin features 4 cozy bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a two additional sleeper sofas, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends. Guest access You have access to the whole house during your stay :) Other things to note Guest booking the property needs to be 18 years of age or older and sign a rental agreement. The link will be provided after booking. All adult guests must be 18 years old or older. This does not apply to children which are defined as any guests under the age of 18 for which the legal parent or guardian is staying at the property. Check-in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 10AM. We do not offer early check-in and late check-out. This cabin can comfortably Sleep 10. The maximum number of guests allowed at this cabin is 12. If you plan to party do not book this cabin. It is our home and you must treat it with respect. Animals: There are animals AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear or another animal do not feed or try to approach them. Trash: Please place all trash in the trash can outside the cabin. Be aware that trash not in trash can will attract animals of all sizes! We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. This is a NON SMOKING cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $500, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages. The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Pet Policy: We understand that pets are also members of the family, at this time we only allow dogs in our cabins. -We allow two well trained (crate-trained and house-trained) dogs. -Guest must notify the host of the dog, select that they are bringing a pet when booking, and pay a $100 pet fee. -No pets are allowed on the furniture. -Do not leave the pet alone in the cabin. Pets must be crated when not supervised. -Guest agrees to clean up after the pet both inside the cabin and outside of the cabin. -Guest must keep the pet quiet from disturbing others in the neighborhood. -Guest understands that they are responsible for any damages the pet causes. -Sneaking a pet without paying the fees, or sneaking a pet beyond two pets will result in a $500 fee and you will be asked to vacate the property. Absolutely NO fires outside of the fireplace! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $200 plus damages. Do NOT lean or hang on the railings.
