The space Upstairs - The upside down layout allows for open plan living, with kitchen and dining room located on one side and large living space on the other. Kitchen - Includes washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, hoover, microwave, oven and gas hob. Downstairs - Family Bathroom includes basin, toilet, heated towel rail, full size bath with mixer shower. Master Bedroom en-suite includes toilet, mixer shower and basin. Bedroom 1 (Master w en-suite) - includes double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and double bed. Bedroom 2 - includes double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 - includes x2 single beds, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Back Garden - Fenced off area with Wood Fired Hot Tub with brick paved patio area and bench. Guest access The whole cottage and front garden area is available to guests, the master bedroom built in wardrobe is locked and used for cleaning/laundry room. Other things to note Wood Fired Hot Tub - only available for guests staying 2 nights and over. Free basket of wood per stay, additional baskets can be paid for at the property. Water is changed after each stay.
