Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed with an attached bathroom, and bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with full mattresses on top and bottom. The living room provides a full size sofa bed and the second living space provides a queen size pull out couch. Just added a Hot Tub on the patio!
