Welcome to Sea Breeze, our newly renovated home which is the Second Floor of a 2-story property at the North-end of Anna Maria Island. It includes 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, a private dock, and an unobstructed, natural view of Bimini Bay. Smart TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen are available. You can sailboat directly to Bimini Bay, walk to Pine Ave and City Pier, or eat in nearby restaurants. Our private home has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation in AMI! The space The entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows frames the bay view inside the property. You can enjoy the beautiful water and wildlife when you're sitting on the couch or cooking in the kitchen. The second floor allows you to have a higher perspective of the canal, making you feel like you live right above the water! Or have a BBQ and enjoy a relaxing drink on the balcony, where there's an outdoor dining table and chairs for you to have a chill in nature, closer to wildlife. The BBQ is free to use. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, large grill, and Keurig (starter pods provided) for your coffee/tea needs. Enjoy dinner in the dining area or out on the balcony. Don't want to cook? The home is walking distance away from multiple excellent restaurants (some right on the beach!). Other things to note * You can park your boat at the private dock. Please note that the dock can't lift boats. Please let me know if you need to park your boat. There are four docks in the back. You can dock your boat on the left-hand side of the sailboat (when you face the water) . There is a spiral staircase leading to the second-floor balcony. * The cottage is a two-unit building, and this one is the Second floor unit with a beautiful waterfront view.
