The space Our charming semi-detached house spans two floors and offers a perfect blend of traditional Alpine style and modern comfort for up to six people. The open-plan living area with a crackling pellet stove invites you to relax after an exciting day in the mountains. Sleeping arrangements: • Master bedroom: Double bed with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and toilet). • Second bedroom: Spacious double room. • Living room: A pull-out double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. • A second bathroom is equipped with a modern shower. • The fully equipped, modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The large wooden dining table is perfect for shared meals or as a workspace. For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide the following upon request: Baby cot: €15 per day High chair: Free of charge Other things to note Your journey: The mountain road to Enzingerboden is asphalted and is kept well clear in winter. However, please note that snow chains or an all-wheel drive vehicle may be required. It is a very winding road with a few narrow sections. The nearest supermarket and doctor’s surgery are in the centre of Uttendorf, which is about 17 km (just over 10 miles) away. The very family-friendly “Weissee Glacier Word” is a great area for skiing with the best ski slopes – not overcrowded – and lift tickets that are available at very reasonable prices. Remember, children up to the age of 12 ride free of charge (summer and winter)! Don’t forget your guest card! Simply show your card at the reception and you can enjoy a further 20% discount. The very family-friendly "Weißsee Glacier World" is a fantastic ski area with excellent ski routes, is not overcrowded, and offers affordable lift tickets. Children up to 12 years old ski for free (summer and winter), and with a guest card, you receive an additional 20% discount. • Guest registration: In Austria, we are legally required to register all guests. You will receive a secure link before your arrival to conveniently and securely enter your information online. • Construction work: A hydroelectric power plant is being built inside the mountain (expected completion 2027). You will not be disturbed by any construction noise and can fully enjoy the magnificent mountain scenery. • Bread roll service: You can order fresh bread rolls for your breakfast directly from the nearby Alpengasthof Paletti. • Swimming in the lake: The lake is a reservoir for hydroelectric power generation. Swimming is therefore unfortunately not permitted. We recommend the beautiful bathing lake in the valley. • Garden: Please note that the garden area is not fully fenced. • Family equipment (on request): Baby cot (€15 per day) high chair (free of charge).
