This comfortable, light-filled home with a view has everything you need for a warm, comfortable and convenient stay. You’ll feel like a local in this gorgeous casa with views over East Austin, within biking distance of downtown in a sweet little neighborhood. The home features an open floor plan with beautiful furnishings, high end appliances and a wonderful outdoor patio with a fire pit where you can enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset and spot bats flittering by after dusk in summer. The space The home has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. The house is located less than 10 minutes from Downtown in East Austin, just a stones throw away from some of the best restaurants, taco spots, bars, art galleries, and nightlife in the city. The home features an open floor plan with beautiful furnishings, high end appliances and a wonderful outdoor patio with a fire pit; a perfect place to enjoy a cool cocktail in the evening with friends and watch the sunset. You can even spot bats flittering by in the summer evenings. The amazing open dining/living floor plan is perfect for entertaining, co-working, or enjoying each other’s company in a beautiful space. Guest access You will have access to the entire property with the exception of a couple of closets reserved for use by the housekeeping team Other things to note We have security cameras outside our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties. 4) No pets allowed 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 6) Minimum age requirement is 25 7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night 8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
