Home Layout & Comfort Bedroom The spacious bedroom features a queen bed and a cozy sitting area, ideal for unwinding after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring the mountains. Bathroom Located near the living room and bedroom, the bathroom includes a beautiful clawfoot tub, single vanity, and all essentials: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Living Room Warm up after a day on the slopes by the wood-burning fireplace while relaxing on the leather sofa or futon. Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the Roku Smart TV. The futon converts to a full-size bed, and extra linens are provided. Mountain Environment Notice When visiting a mountain town, you may encounter insects and wildlife due to the natural setting. While we actively manage pest control, refunds are not issued for this reason. Guest access The house is yours when you visit! There is a utility closet and outdoor storage access that will remain locked. Other things to note + We're happy to share local tips and advice about our mountain. If you have any questions during your stay in the trees, we are one phone call away. + We can occasionally offer early check-in or late check-out, depending on the reservation ahead of and after your stay. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out. + FIREPLACE: Please do not light a fire if you are not familiar with how to; always keep the screen up! We supply one Duraflame log per winter night (starting 21st December). If you know how to build a fire and want to add a log NEVER add more than one piece of wood to the Duraflame. NEVER LEAVE THE CABIN IF YOU HAVE A LIVE FIRE. We have an ash bucket on the rock deck for cold ashes. + Please check the weather prior to your stay so you can be properly prepared. We are in an area that can get hot in the summer, very cold in the winter and can experience high winds. We will not issue refunds for weather issues, or road closures that are out of our control. + When visiting a mountain town, it's important to be aware that you may encounter various types of insects and bugs due to the natural environment. No refunds will be issued, though we make every effort to manage pest control. + We strongly encourage purchasing travelers insurance, especially in the winter months.
