You can tell that the property has been renovated for personal use due to the high-quality furnishings. It's been in the rental for the last few years. We invest a high 5-digit amount annually for receipt and expansion in order to provide a great vacation for our guest. We spend a lot of time on site ourselves and therefore attach great importance to a high feel-good factor and sustainability. One of the annual highlights is the harvest of their own olives and oil production in November each year. 100% organic olive oil, harvested manually by ourselves. Thanks to our Mallorcan previous owners, we have a license to make it according to the strictly limited Denominació d‘Origen Producto de Mallorca. Guest access The access to the finca is typically Mallorcan. From a very small side road, turn onto a dirt road, which you follow for 200 m before arriving at the entrance gate. Through the gate, it is another 100 m on the premises, along with fruit and olive trees, until you get to the residential building. Despite the secluded location, you are only 40 minutes from the airport and only 2 minutes from Sa Pobla. There you will find everything you need, from restaurants to shopping. Best of all, in just 10-15 minutes you can drive to the Playas de Alcudia, which are ideal for families with shallow sandy beaches. Other things to note We regularly invest in the equipment of the finca, as we use it for ourselves and like to have it very homely and comfortable. June 2023: Wallbox for charging electric vehicles (for a fee) installed next to the garage. January 2024: Our pool heat pump (for a fee) was put into operation. Since we currently do not have a pool cover, the efficiency of the overall system is not yet optimal, as a lot of temperature is lost again at low outside temperatures or wind due to the large area. As a result, an extremely large amount of energy would be necessary to heat up the pool, as the pool holds 120 tsd liters of water (120 cbm). In the months of November until April we therefore do not offer the pool heating for a fee. From April, the water temperature due to the sunlight is already about 18-19 degrees. From this basic temperature, we operate the pool heat pump on request. Enclosed are the costs to reach a temperature of about 24-25 degrees: Basic fee: Required to preheat the pool so that the desired temperature is reached by the day of arrival) Fee per day: Only the full days will be charged. Day of arrival and day of departure will not be charged. Since the temperature must be kept constant (exception of fluctuations due to external influences), it is not possible, for example, to have it in operation for 3 days, then take a break for 2 days and then put it back into operation. Due to the break, the water temperature would fall too far, so that an increased advance would be necessary again to reach the target temperature. THE REQUEST FOR A HEATED POOL MUST BE ANNOUNCED AT LEAST 4 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL ! Minimum duration use of heating 4 days. OCTOBER 2025: Basic fee €160 Fee per day €50,- Run time of the pump 12h per day Use of the wallbox: The wallbox can be used for a flat rate of €15.00 per day and can only be booked for the entire duration of the stay. Reservations for single days are unfortunately not possible. Use must be announced before arrival and the amount must be paid before arrival. Arrival and departure day will not be charged, as long as it is not an early check-in or late check-out. In this case, the daily rate must be paid.
