Beautiful nautical décor and cozy throw blankets. Across from the dining room is a full equipped kitchen with every pot, pan, cookie sheets, baking ware and utensil/cooking tool needed. We include a full spice rack, olive oil, salt, pepper, plastic storage containers, aluminum foil, storage baggies and a fully stocked coffee & tea bar. (Kcups, ground coffee, tea bags, sugar and creamers) Also features all stainless steel appliances. We include dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, and cleaning products under the kitchen sink. We offer 3 beautiful spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, nightstands, new smart tv, a huge walk in closet, with iron & ironing board, private bath, 2 vanities, walk in shower and soaking tub. Equipped with bath pillow and bath bombs for your relaxation! 2nd guestroom features a queen bed, dresser, end tables, new smart tv and a walk in closet. 3rd guestroom features 2 full sized beds, end tables, new smart tv and a walk in closet. In the closet is a travel sized pack and play and child booster seat. The 2 guest bedrooms share a separate hall bath which is also the cabana bath to the pool area. Features a single vanity and walk in shower. Sliders in the dining room lead to the beautiful screened in lanai with inground heated pool. (85 degrees year round) Seating for 9 under the covered porch with ceiling fans. We also have a beautiful outdoor grilling and seating area under the palm trees for shade in a private fenced in backyard. (need to update pictures completed the privacy fence 11/2023) Guest will have access to the 2 car garage, but not for parking vehicles. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway. In the garage we have a ping-pong table, utility sink, beach chairs, pool floats, cooler, high chair, broom, mop, vacuum and step stool. There is also an indoor laundry room with a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets included! We also offer games, a small library of books for kids & adults located in the master closet. Guest access Entire home. Other things to note Early check in, if available, is upon request. $75 fee goes to the cleaning team. They will to bring in more help to have the home spotless for your stay.
