Enjoy a romantic sunset from our cozy patio or a nice beverage in our bubbling hot tub! The space *HOT TUB OPEN ALL YEAR!* My brand-new tiny house is located in the heart of The Woodlands! It’s tiny, but mighty. While the home is only 400 sq ft, it’s open ceilings and airy layout can accommodate up to 4 people. It's a cozy fit, but we make it work perfectly. The home is furnished with one queen-size memory foam bed in the bedroom, and one queen-size, pull-out sleeper sofa. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal number of guests would be 1-2 people. But we can definitely fit 4 if you're willing to squeeze! Please keep in mind, it’s a TINY house. Like all tiny houses, space and privacy is limited. Inside the kitchen, you'll find the convenience of a Kuerig coffee machine with all the coffee you could want, silverware, pots, pans and plates and really everything you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! The living room is furnished with a pristine 55" flat-screen TV, a cozy leather couch, and a 41" fold out sturdy work desk, so you can utilize the space the way YOU want to! Whatever you use it for, you'll be catching sun rays all day from our large open windows and a full view 6 panel aluminum garage door. Just behind the couch you'll find a floating bar which can accommodate 4 hungry eaters! In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important things like: - A Hot Tub - Private Driveway - Private Backyard - Covered Front porch - Time-machine (ok, maybe no time-machine) - And even a BACK-UP generator (which comes in handy during hurricane season)! You'll also have tons of privacy all of these ADDITIONAL amenities including: - Washer and dryer - Blow dryer - Iron and ironing board - Super Fast Wifi and Ethernet Connection - Plenty of towels, soap, napkins, filtered water, oxygen and more. And the best part, you get them ALL to yourself! I've already had a million people tell me how amazing it looks, and I can't wait for you to come tell me how amazing it is to LIVE in! This includes sole use of the driveway, porch, and the enclosed backyard behind the tiny home. All amenities are exclusively available to YOU and no one else during your stay! Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the tiny house is equipped with 2 exterior cameras. Both only have view to either the front driveway or gate entrance. Also, we do allow registered pets (max 2 per stay) any size for stays 4 days & under and longer stays for 1 pet smaller than 50lbs. We understand sometimes you want to travel with your furry friend. We have a dedicated, private backyard space for you and your pets to roam around and play in. All we ask is that your pet is house trained, and that you do not leave the pet unattended (unless you brought a kennel) inside the home. We also do cater to people traveling with infants, there is a fold up crib and a highchair available in the unit. We've also equipped some of the cabinets and corners with child safety amenities to help you and your toddler feel more comfortable in the space : ).
