With ample entertainment options and direct lake access, this home is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space FEATURES & AMENITIES This home features Apple TV boxes throughout, allowing guests to stream YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus. Additional entertainment includes three Blu-ray DVD players, a pool table, ping pong, Foosball, board games, and books. For climate control, the home has central heating and A/C, ceiling fans, and a high-efficiency wood stove. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and tea kettle. A washer and dryer are also provided. Outdoor spaces include new decks with seating for eight, four rocking chairs, a hammock, a gas BBQ, a canoe, a kayak, and a private dock. This home shares a driveway with a neighbor, so parking is limited to three vehicles. DINING & SEATING The dining table seats eight guests, and the bar seats four guests. Maximum occupancy is 12, including children and infants. IMPORTANT POLICIES & HOUSE RULES Linens, including sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows, are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. No pets or animals are allowed. This policy is firm with no exceptions. Propane for the gas BBQ is not provided. Guests may preorder a propane tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market. All outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises. Firewood is not provided but is available for purchase at the local market. The boats provided for guest use are not washed prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for washing the boats before their use. Life jackets are required when using the provided boats. Swimming from the dock is permitted up to a maximum of 30 feet, per Pine Mountain Lake safety regulations. PARKING & DRIVEWAY The property has a steep, down-sloping driveway leading to a semi-level parking area. Due to the shared driveway with a neighbor, parking is limited to three vehicles. This property has both interior and exterior stairways. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a one-time access permit fee of $50 per vehicle to enter the gated community. This fee is non-refundable and goes directly to PML HOA. A stay of eight or more nights will require additional fees, as per PMLA regulations.
