There are several locations nearby where you can store your boat, no boat parking on premise. Golf for up to four at Sunserra par 3 is free for our guests. M-F rates available, please ask. The space Guests love our views and full kitchen with all the amenities. Multiple decks with back patio and grill for cooking and relaxing. Gas fire pits are on the top deck and back patio. Space out back for yard games. Guest access Guests have access to the full town home except the garage. Pools, hot tubs, basketball court, tennis courts, gym and golf course are all available at no charge. Other things to note Level 1 EV charger, (standard plug), is available at the front of the home. We do not provide the charger but guests have access to this plug to charge their vehicle.
