We are located minutes away from Shell Beach and within walking distance to nearby restaurants, shops, and the popular Dinosaur Caves park. 10 min drive to Pismo Beach Pier, Edna Valley (wine country), 15 mins to San Luis Obispo, and 45 mins to Solvang (Danish village nestled in the heart of Central Coast). Amenities - The cottage is equipped with a mini split AC system, high-speed internet, and a smart TV to connect to all the latest apps that you enjoy watching on TV. Full-size front load washer and dryer in garage. This cottage is perfect for a family of 4-5 people or couples that seek a charming beach escape in California. NOTE - Please note we ONLY accept long term rentals (30 consecutive days or more) on our property, subject to Pismo Beach Municipal code Chapter 5.22. Any requests for stays under 30 days will not be accepted. We are a 100% smoke-free property. We do not allow smoking on the premises and inside the property.
