Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home.
