Paradise Palace Waterfront Cottage hottub 8BR

Luxury 3500 square feet cottage on its own private 200 feet of waterfront. Sitting on 1.5 acres of land. Great for swimming with beautiful clear waters. Enjoy fishing off the dock. 8 bedrooms. Perfect for large family gatherings. Sleeps 16 comfortably. Large bedrooms for your own comfort. Games room with 4 player 1000 game arcade, fooseball, board games, pool table. Open concept kitchen. Large rooms throughout. Many marinas in town. Located in Bobcaygeon - a big town with everything you need. Guest access Everything. Back cabin is available at a extra fee. Cabin by the water is unavailable. Other things to note This is a FAMILY ORIENTATED cottage. There is to be absolutely NO parties and NO outside noise after 11pm. We need to respect the neighbours. Failure to do so could and most likely will result in the neighbours calling the police and you being evicted off the property with no refund. We are happy to host groups of younger mature adults but may ask for an additional deposit sent via EMT. Our neighbors here are awesome and we want to ensure they will not have any complaints about our guests. CONTACTS - You need to provide me 2 other guests phone numbers and emails incase i can’t contact the main person booking for emergencies. CANCELATION POLICY - We have a strict cancellation policy. We cannot refund you for cancellatons. I recommend to get travel insurance such as CAA travel insurance incase you are not able to make it so you are covered. CABIN - The main cottage is big enough for your group. There is a cabin at the back if you need extra space. It is extra $70 a night. Please let me know if you want to use it. HOTTUB - If you wish to use the hottub, please message me. We require a waiver and rule sheet to be signed by you, We DO NOT allow usage of the hottub without these 2 things. The hottub is an ADDITION to the property. Things can go wrong with it and the hottub may be out of service. So please do not EXPECT IT, but appreciate it if its there and working. We are always on top of things with the cottage, but finding people to come fix may take time. CARS - Only 7 cars are allowed on the driveway. Please make sure you drive the speed limit when you get to the town. Once you get on Tullys Road, only drive 40 km/h. There are LOTS of OPP around. DO NOT park or drive on fireroute road. The neighbors will complain. ONLY park on the driveway on Tullys Road. There has been a lot of car break-ins in town. Please make sure you lock up all your vehicles. FIREPIT - The firepit is at the back of the house. You need to be responsible for it as it is a BIG issue if something goes wrong. Please do not do a fire if it is windy. Keep the fire small (2 feet height MAX) enough that it is under control at all times. Never leave the fire unattended and make sure it is fully out before you leave. From April 1 to October 31, no fire between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please follow the rules or the fire marshall will come and fine everybody. The neighbors will keep a watchful eye on the fire and if they see it is too big, they will cal the fire marshals. Please see the towns rules and regulations for having a open fire. FIREWORKS - There are no fireworks allowed. The fireworks would scare the many farm animals and dogs around. If you want to do fireworks you must do it at the local park. INDOOR FIREPLACE - The indoor firelace is to NOT be used. Our insurance company does NOT insure this. There is ABSOLUTELY NO wood to or anything to be burned in the indoor fireplace. GARBAGE - Garbage needs to be taken back with you. Or you can bring the garbage to the local dump. There is a garbage tags hanging on the kitchen cabinet above the microwave. There is info on the dump. You need to take that card with you to the dump. *MAKE SURE TO PUT THE CARD BACK OR THERE IS A $50 CHARGE TO REPLACE IT* The dump has limited hours and days open so make sure you plan ahead. You can get info about the dump here: Left over garbage would be $15 a bag. PETS - Only small to medum pets are allowed with our approval. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring your fur babies. There is a 80 dollar per pet fee which goes to extra cleaning. There is also a 300 dollar refundable deposit for the pets through EMT. It will be refunded to you 2 days after your check out as long as there's no dog poop on the lawn, no damages, and no fur on our high end furniture. SHOWERS - We are on a well water system. Water is not unlimited and does run out. Please try to limit your showers to 10 minutes per person, and space them out atleast 30 minutes apart so the well replenishes itself. TOILETS - Please ONLY flush toilet paper down the toilets. Anything else WILL clog the toilet and septic system and will be a very costly fix, which will be charged back to you. KITCHEN SINK - DO NOT pour food grease down the drain. The septic tank is very fragile and grease WILL back up the septic system. This is a very expensive fix, and will be charged back to you. POOL TABLE - To ensure all balls are there between guests, please set up the pool table bals in the triangle before you leave. White ball on the table too. CHECKIN/CHECKOUT - Unless otherwise stated, check in is 5PM, and check out is 11AM. We have the cleaners set to go there at your check out time and we pay them starting at that time. We will need to charge you $50 every 30 minutes you are late in checking out as our cleaners will start charging us once they arrive. SMOKING - There is a silver ashtray on the left and right side of the deck where the dining table is. Please throw your cigarette butts in there or a bottle. BBQ - There is no propane gas provided, however there are propane tanks which may or may not have propane from the previous guests. You can either bring your own propane or take one of the propanes on the property to get it refilled at the gas station just a few minutes away. CLEANING - You must clean up after yourselves and treat it like your home. Dishes must be washed clean and put away. BBQ must be cleaned. SHOES - No shoes inside the house. CANOES - There are 2 canoes on the property for your use. You agree to use the canoe AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not liable for anything. Make sure to put the canoes, paddles, and life jackets back on the canoe rack. LIGHTS - the outdoor string lights are on timers and set to turn on at 8pm-2am in summer. 7pm-2am in winter. VOLLEYBALL - There is a volleyball court for you and your family to enjoy. The volleyball is in the brown bin on the deck. Please make sure to put the volleyball back in the box. ELECTRONICS - Please do not unplug any of the things plugged in the outlets. Unplugging it could disconnect the internet or the smart lock. HEATERS - There are portable heaters provided for the basement. DISHWASHER - Press start and then change the timing to 1 hour otherwise it will take many hours to wash the dishes. WIFI - We ave the best internet available (STARLINK). However because it is a satelite dish, weather does change the speed of it. Wifi name: Paradise Palace Password: iminparadise CAMERAS - There are cameras for our safety and yours installed at the cottage. They are located outside facing the front door, back yard, deck, and the side of the cottage. WATER - Like most cottages, we are on our own well water system from the ground, not from the city. We do have the property water treatment in place, however sometimes there is a smell from it. This is completely normal and safe . LINEN - Guests are to strip the bed linen and place it in the basement room. Instructions will be given a day before check out.
