The space Our lakeside 3-story house is the perfect place to enjoy a getaway with an amazing view, a natural and oasis-like decorated style and comfortable bedding accommodations, two queen beds for adults, one double bed best suited for one adult or two children, and two twin beds. You will also find outdoor fun on site and great local attractions. Enjoy an evening sunset with a roaring fire to rest from your day of swimming, paddle boating, kayaking, canoeing which are all Lake Association registered and available for your use. Please be aware that all rules and regulations of the Page Lake Association must be followed, most notably, only registered water crafts can be used on the lake, swimming or floating must take place within 50 feet of shore line, and fires must be completely extinguished when not attended to. The rules and regulations are available in the welcome book for your review and adherence. Also, we are unable to host pets due to accommodating guests with pet allergies. The professional cleaning service needed to deep clean the entire home will be an additional fee of $400.00. You can also fill your day with fishing at the lake or hiking at the Salt Springs State Park which is located nearby. There are local horse stables for trail rides as well. During the winter months, Elk Mountain Ski Resort is located about 25 minutes away. Other things to note In the kitchen, we also have an air fryer, toaster, and crockpot available for use. We also have a water purification system to treat the naturally occurring sulfur water in the local area to nearly eliminate its characteristic scent to minimal levels. ** UPDATE** As of June of 2023, we have had a new ozone aerator water system installed! We are very happy to report that the characteristic scent of sulfur water is completely gone! Due to past experiences, the minimum age to rent the lake house is 30 years old. We have also added a 14,000 BTU portable air conditioner which cools the living room. The upstairs bedrooms have window fans and the master bedroom has 4 windows and 2 sliding glass doors with 2 ceiling fans. During the evening hours, the breeze from the lake as well as the overnight temperature completely cools down the upstairs living space from the hot summer days. At this time, we are unable to host pets due to accommodating guests with pet allergies and the professional cleaning service needed. If a pet is brought, there is an additional fee of $400.00 to hire professional carpet cleaners for all rooms with carpet and hire a cleaning service to deep clean the entire home.
