This home was designed to bring the outside in, and features a 20’ retractable sliding glass door that can be opened to expand the living space onto the large and spacious upper level deck. The outside deck features a Restoration Hardware seating area with outdoor gas fireplace and a comfortable dining table to enjoy meals set amidst the backdrop of the red rocks and extraordinary desert sunsets. The deck is also ideally set up for numerous yoga mats, which are provided at the home. The main living space offers views in every direction and high end, designer furniture that you and your guests will love. Off of the main living space, there is also a private office that seats two comfortably if you or someone in your group needs to work remotely. From the moment you walk in, this room will embrace you with a feeling of tranquility and sanctuary - a private oasis for you to rest and relax. Gaze out the window at the beautiful Red Rocks and forest land or enjoy your favorite TV show on the 65” private smart TV. You can also cozy up with a good book in the private reading nook. The blackout curtains and window treatments will allow you to sleep in or if you wish to sleep with the windows open you will be gently awakened by the cool desert breeze and sound of morning song birds. The Primary Bathroom is outfitted with luxurious, spa-like finishes from the Calacatta Quartz double vanity to the luxurious walk-in shower. The Primary Closet is directly off of the bathroom and features plenty of space for clothes storage during your visit. Bedroom 2 (King): Located downstairs, this cozy and private bedroom features a 65” private smart TV, closet, and reading nook. The large picture window overlooks forest land. This room has access to the guest bathroom, which features a tiled tub/shower combo and Calacatta Quartz vanity. This bathroom is shared with the additional sleeping spaces (see below). Bedroom 3 (Queen): Also located downstairs, this bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and private television. This room opens to the additional living space but can also be closed off with the high quality barn-style door. Living Room 2 — additional sleeping for 5: The space has been equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, queen daybed, and twin trundle bed to sleep a total of 5. We carefully selected each of these pieces and mattresses to ensure the utmost comfort for our guests. This is a great space for kids/young adults but is also extremely comfortable for adults as well. There are blackout curtains and shades on every window to ensure your group gets plenty of shut-eye with the early rising desert sun. This additional living space opens to the lower wrap around deck that features an outdoor seating area, Jacuzzi hot tub, grill, outdoor dining area, and access to the outdoor firepit (see photos). The upper and lower decks are connected with an outdoor staircase, so while these spaces can remain private, everyone in your party can also feel connected if they so choose. Multiple trails are about a 15 minute walk from the home at Sedona Cultural Park. You will be within a 10 minute drive of trails, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores including Whole Foods. Each guest that chooses to book with us will receive our curated guidebook of wonderful local recommendations for the area. We are avid travelers and when we visit places, we love to experience the place through the lens of a local. We will provide you with all of our favorite recommendations for hiking, restaurants, recommended tours, and more. We also recommend a hand selected private chef, masseuse, yoga teacher, and sound healer that can come to the home and give you a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
