Spacious & comfortable 2 bed flat in Kensal Rise

This roomy two bedroom flat is warm and comfortable and perfect for a family/mature group of friends. It sleeps up to five people as we have a chairbed that's perfect for a child or teenager. For larger groups you also can rent the garden flat that sleeps another four guests. Kensal Rise has lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. It's a short walk to the overground, a 10-15 minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street. The space This two bedroom flat is on the first floor of a period property in Kensal Rise, North West London. We're located in a laid-back, urban area with plenty of good local restaurants, bars, cool interiors and fashion boutiques, a gorgeous flower shop called Scarlet & Violet, plus our favourite local haunt The Lexi, a boutique cinema, which is a couple of minutes stroll from the flat. There are two large bedrooms. The master bedroom is extremely generous in size and has a superking bed, which is suitable for two guests, a chest of the drawers, hanging space and a bookcase. The second bedroom also has a kingsize bed, which sleeps two people, plus hanging and shelf space. We can also provide a travel cot. There is also a campbed (only suitable for children), which can be placed in the sitting room or the larger bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, a sink and WC. There is a large sitting room with two sofas, coffee table and it's the perfect spot to kick back and chill out with a glass of wine or enjoy a refreshing cup of tea. The kitchen/diner is well kitted out with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and ample chinaware, glassware and pots and pans. WHAT TO EXPECT A much loved flat that's spacious enough to sleep up to five people. It's a warm and cosy spot that's ideal for families or a small group of friends and affordable enough just for two. We'll provide fresh bedlinen and towels on arrival plus a stock of tea, coffee and milk and if we can help you with anything else (eg restaurant recommendations or bookings, shopping in advance) please just ask! Guest access Guests have access to the whole flat. Other things to note This flat is on the first floor of the house and there are stairs up to the flat. The flat is carpeted in the bedrooms, living room and landing area.
