Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.   Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.    Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens. Bayside Amenities Passes The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additionoal fee from your reservation. Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge. 2026 Amenities Pass Pricing (From Jan 1 - May 15 and Sep 23 - Dec 31) 3-day pass: $45  per person  Weekly Pass: $70 per person  2026 Amenities Pass Pricing (From May 16 - Sep 22) 3-day pass: $70 per person  Weekly pass: $115 per person "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.   Cleaning Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter. Outdoor Monitoring  The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.   Lease Agreement Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes. We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting. Other things to note Cancelation Policy:  If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit from Rental Guest, then Rental Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing and receive written confirmation back from the Property Manager.     The following refund policy will apply: A) A cancellation notice received from Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full. ** B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 14 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund. ** C) A cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund.  ** **  The Customer Service Fee, however, is not refundable under sections A, B and C above. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until a reservation is finalized. House Rules * Strict NO Pets Allowed * Strict: The lead renter must be at least 25 years old, sleep over every night and take legal responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group. * Strict: NO smoking inside the home * Strict Occupany of 12 * Strict: occupancy maximums as noted on each listing.
