The apartment with 2 loggias is located in the attic, in a quiet residential area, directly on the Limburg Lahn cycle path. Look out the skylight and enjoy a magnificent cathedral view. With direct access to the A3, it is ideal for holidays for two or with children - cyclists, motorcyclists welcome and business travelers. The space The 90 m² apartment offers a large living room with dining area, 3 bedrooms, a dining kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. It has electric shutters. 2 bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. A special highlight is the originally furnished farmhouse bedroom. In another bedroom, there is a single bed. In the living room, another person can sleep on a sofa bed. Thus, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has 2 loggias that create a bright and friendly atmosphere in the rooms and invite you to eat, drink and linger. From the loggia in the living room, you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the field and Limburg Cathedral. The second bedroom has another loggia. From here you have a beautiful view of the countryside. Smoking is allowed only on the loggias. Please understand that pets are not allowed. Guest access The apartment is a closed living area and is reached through the shared staircase. One parking space on the premises is reserved for you free of charge. Further parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note The kitchen invites you to cook with all utensils and appliances: ceramic hob and oven, large fridge, combi microwave and dishwasher. A filter coffee machine and a Senseo pad machine are available for coffee making. An electric grill is available on the loggia.
