The space Extraordinary and central area. 6 mins to drive Walnut Creek Bart station. Simple and easy to access to 680 and 24. Also, 5 mins to downtown Walnut Creek with every one of the yummy eateries, pleasant shops, whole foods and target. Downtown SF is only 30 mins and Napa (winery) 40-50 mins. Livermore outlet 30 mins away. Overall and Furninshing This beautifully maintained about 3000sqft single story home is waiting for you to stay in. There are units A and B. You will be stayin in the unit A which is separate unit. The living room had a curved modern and luxury sofa, 2 accent chairs, and a Smart 75in TV where you could watch Netflix, Youtube, and etc. There is a stocked kitchen with appliances, dinnerware, cooking utensils. Extra blankets and towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and hairdryer are all provided. The living room includes bar, dining area and bar. Has large bedrooms including master suite and bath with step shower. Room for expansion galore. Please Note: There are units A and B. You will be staying in the unit A which is separate unit. Do not disturb the unit B tenant!! The unit B is detached from the main house and it’s completely separate houses! Whole unit A and back and front yards are fully yours, nothing is shared with each other except the unit B building wall. Please do not park outside of the Unit B. The unit A is totally separate and enjoy the stay. While we strive to maintain the space to the best of our ability, replacing the entire floor for these small imperfections is not feasible. While we do have dishwasher available, it functions poorly and tends to get damaged over time. Therefore, we have chosen not to list it as an included amenity. However, if you would like to use them despite its poor performance, you are welcome to do so. Please note that the refrigerator water dispenser is not functional, and filtered refrigerator water is not included. The Guest acknowledges that the surrounding area of Special Features is not enclosed or secured, posing unique risks, especially for unsupervised children, individuals under the influence of substances, those on medication, individuals with health conditions, or pregnant individuals. The Guest commits to communicating the associated risks to all property guests, directing them to refrain from accessing restricted or unsafe areas. House Rules/Notes and Important Information: 1. **Hot Tub/Pool note**: Our new pool project is not yet completed and is not available for use. Please refrain from touching it until further notice and always watch your children around the pool and hot tub! Additionally, please shower before and after each use of the hot tub. Note that the hot tub is not suitable for elderly people and children. If you have sensitive skin, please wear swimming or spa attire or avoid using the hot tub. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or health issues, particularly regarding skin health. Thank you for your cooperation! 2. **Floor Protection**: Extra carpets have been placed in each room, including the living and family areas, to prevent floor damage. The floor of the front master bathroom has been repaired and covered with a carpet. Some areas of the floor may have minor cracks or scratches due to normal wear and tear. We have taped some of them. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. 3. **Child Safety**: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, both inside and outside the house and around the pool and hot tub. We are not responsible for any injuries. Additionally, some sockets around the kids' playing area and other areas may not be functional. Please use alternative sockets as needed. 4. **General Rules**: No smoking, parties, or events are allowed in or outside the house. ONLY 3 or 4 cars should be parked in the driveway, with ONLY ONE additional car allowed on the street. 5. **Cleaning and Damages**: Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items, and charges will be applied accordingly. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the premises are left in a messy condition. 6. **Gardening Service**: A gardening service is conducted weekly, and access to the front and back yards may be required. However, the gardener will not interrupt or enter the property. 7. **Shower and Curtain Care**: Please be gentle and cautious with the shower doors and curtains to avoid damage. 8. **Additional Charges**: Any missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly. Guests not adhering to house rules or leaving the property in poor condition will also be charged. 9. **Unit Information**: You will be staying in Unit A, which is separate from Unit B. Please do not disturb the tenant in Unit B. The units are detached from each other, and all areas except for the unit B building wall are yours to enjoy. Please note that the Unit B resident might occasionally need access through the backyard gate to enter their storage. Rest assured, they will not enter Unit A or disrupt your stay. 10. **Hot Tub Instructions**: Please note that our pool and deck project is delayed. If you wish to use the hot tub, please follow the instructions on the blue boards on the wall which is right next to the hot tub! Please shower before and after each use of the hot tub. Note that the hot tub is not suitable for elderly people and children. If you have sensitive skin, please wear swimming or spa attire or avoid using the hot tub. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or health issues, particularly regarding skin health. Thank you for your cooperation! 11. We are not responsible for any damage to or loss of items, especially if you drop off your luggage, packages, or belongings before the normal check-in hours! 12. **Additional Notes**: - We prioritize the health, safety, comfort, and wellbeing of our guests and conduct thorough cleaning after each check-out. - Due to warm weather, insects may be present indoors and outdoors. We take measures to minimize their presence. - Please ensure all heaters are turned off before leaving or sleeping. - Unplug running machine wires and cover the tennis table during rainy days. - Avoid using gym equipment on rainy days, and keep children away from gym areas. - Watch children around mirrors and TVs in various areas of the house. The kids’ play area does not have a ceiling light, but there is a floor lamp available for lighting. - Exercise caution in the surrounding areas during heavy rainy seasons. - Feel free to contact us with any additional questions or concerns. -No personal mail or package delivery!
