Keys Keys are available to collect from a KeyNest Point located in Palm Beach, which is open to midnight. If arriving after midnight, keys will then be collected from Gold Coast Holiday Homes, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. Linen Linen is provided & beds will be made up for your arrival. Key Collection Keys are available to collect from a KeyNest Point located in Palm Beach, which is open to midnight. If arriving after midnight, keys will then need to be collected from Gold Coast Holiday Homes afterhours location in Coolangatta. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. 1 x KeyNest set of keys must be returned to the KeyNest Point located in Palm Beach. Opening Hours Apply. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
