The listed room is a large master bedroom with attached bathroom. The space we are renting is in our home and shares a wall with other occupied bedrooms. But guest will have a fully separated entry, parking, patio and yard space. We have quiet hours between 10:30 pm - 7:00 am where we ask that you not run your tv loudly or play loud music Guest will have access to their own bedroom with attached bathroom, patio, parking space and backyard. Plus, for those arriving by car, we offer the added convenience of complimentary covered parking right in front of the house, ensuring your stay is stress-free and worry-free. We do want our guest to note that the entry to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Unlike a hotel, from time to time, you may hear sounds of everyday living including footsteps and voices at a minimal volume as the home is not soundproof.
