The primary bedroom ”King Bedroom” features a King bed, dedicated office desk, armoire wardrobe and smart 55” TV. An en-suite bathroom with LED Anti Fog mirrors, double sinks and shower. Not to mention a separate toilet with amazing artwork. The first guest bedroom “Queen Bedroom” features a Queen bed, smart 55” TV, access to the guest bathroom in the hallway. The second guest bedroom “Twin Bedroom” highlights two bunk beds (Twin-over-full and Twin-over-Twin), perfect for the little ones or singles to enjoy, smart 45” TV, and some toys for the little ones. Other things to note This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighbourhood, perfect for a quiet relaxing poolside getaway. In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighbourhood, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. NO PARTIES! The property is suitable for relaxing and quiet getaway. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbours. No smoking. No inappropriate language outside. No external speakers are allowed to be used No external guests/visitors are allowed unless approved by the host. The city of Scottsdale does not allow more than 6 adults overnight in a vacation rental. ___ Our pool and spa are heated from October to April. We are proud to say that we don't charge extra for it. During the heating season we try to keep the pool at (or above) a target temperature of 80°F (27°C) The pool will be colder in the mornings and will be reaching higher temperatures in the evening. In the coldest winter days (when nightly lows drop below 50°F/10°C) the pool temperature might not be getting to the comfortable level of 78°F (25°C) Spa is heated 6pm-10pm and will get to 100°F (37°C) at about 7:30pm-8pm. ___ Service providers such as * Pest control * Pool cleaners * Landscapers are scheduled regularly for service while you`re staying with us. They let themselves into the yards without notice but we will ensure to let you know if they would be performing the service during your stay ___ Please note there is no access to a closet in the master bathroom and the Garage. There are a wardrobe armoire and a dresser in King bedroom available for your use. We also offer parking on the Driveway and along the street. ___ The property is equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch. Security cameras are not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property or backyard. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies. Also equipped with two noise level monitoring devices (inside and outside) that are not capable of recording the audio.
