The Meridian: Enjoy a stylish stay at this centrally-located property near the heart of Lexington. This recently renovated home blends traditional design elements with a modern flare. Situated in a quiet nighborhood and conveniently located within 10 mintues of downtown, Keenland/Bluegrass Airport, and University of Kentucky! Make memories outside under the covered patio, large backyard, and fire-pit. We look forward to hosting you! The space The home is a single-story ranch style house. There is an open concept living room/dining area, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with 3 queen-sized beds and 1 king-sized bed, and a fully fenced in backyard with a covered patio for dining. Guest access Guests are able to occupy the whole home and driveway. Street parking is off limits- in order to respect our neighbors and neighborhood ordinances. Other things to note Pet's are welcome at the home- we currently have a 2 pet maximum and our pet fee is $50 per stay!
